Norden’s Nexpatch Copper Jumpers are designed for Nexpatch Inter-connect applications. It comprises 8 wires, Category 6A S/FTP flexible patch cable, and 2 control wires, which are terminated with two fully shielded RJ-45 plugs at each end with two external ID contacts. Nexpatch Copper Jumpers exceed Cat 6A specifications. The non-molded flexible boot helps for enhanced life and reliability. They are backward compatible with Category 5e and 6 – UTP and STP. High end CAT 6A S/FTP 26 AWG cable cord supports two additional stranded wires to produce an eight-wire cord. The cord is terminated with patented RJ-45 plugs having two conductive contacts.CAT 6A copper patch cords support Nexpatch interconnect topology and can be used as stand-alone cord as per work area cord. Interconnect topology includes a smart ID device at the switch side. A dummy latched cover is fitted along with the plugs of interconnect patch cord that enables easy plug insertion and removal from the frame or switch.
